The hotel's rooms offer a great view of downtown, but were disappointingly dirty and had hard beds with incorrect bedding arrangements. The service was friendly, but lacking service skills at times. The location is convenient, though construction near the entrance can be off-putting. The dining experience was average, and the hotel's facilities were under construction.
The hotel has undergone renovations and upgrades, resulting in really nice and big, comfortable rooms with all the required amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and definitely worth staying in.
